Orders are sent by NZ Post. All products carry an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or defective goods will be returned and replaced at our cost. Other returns by negotiation. Please advise us promptly of any problems.

We cannot accept the return of damaged or opened goods.

Once we receive your parcel back, we will process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of that transaction. We will process the refund of monies by the same means you have paid. Credit cards will be credited and if you paid via PayPal, your PayPal account will be refunded.
